I have had the unique opportunity to work with thousands of employers and all of the many benefit advisory firms across the industry in my employee benefits and health insurance career. This gave me a very unique perspective from all sides of the industry - the carrier side, the client side, and the advisor side. I discovered early into my roles that my passion was working with employers and be a resource to help implement high-performing and sustainable benefits programs. I realized I could not fully fulfill that passion on the carrier/TPA side, and working with all of the advisory firms in the industry I thought there has to be a better way to be a trusted advisor and better serve employers. That is why I decided to start SDR Benefit Advisors. I understood that I could build a team of some of the best in the industry, and provide a better experience for clients by creating our organization. We are bringing some absolutely ground breaking solutions to the market, creating best in class employee benefits programs while providing world class service for our clients.
